I work with adults who lack purpose & motivation, confidence, struggle with building relationships, have a work-life imbalance and those suffering from burnout. I help cultivate purpose, resilience, meaningful relationships and a growth mindset, so people can pursue purposeful careers with confidence and be the best versions of themselves.

When you’re feeling stuck in your career, it might feel easier to just do nothing and carry on, but it affects you on a much deeper level than you realise. Your lack of drive soon becomes apparent in your everyday interactions, relationships, and efforts in other areas of life. After all, you spend 1/3 of your life working and when you do something that doesn’t align with your values, it’s no surprise how much it affects us.

It can feel like a huge emotional drain on your energy and leave you feeling empty and exhausted when you get home. This could explain why you may be eager to crack open a beer, pour a glass of wine and immediately decide to order takeaway food. The following day, you wake up feeling sorry for yourself and wonder how much more you can carry on. The combination of a few too many drinks, too much grease and binge-watching whatever’s the quickest choice on Netflix, only reinforces the habits you are trying to break, as you try and combat the deep feelings of guilt again.

Perhaps you do something meaningful and are generally happy in your field of work, but you feel like you’ve hit a ceiling? You’re passed over for promotions, not noticed for your potential or you feel like an after thought from management. This can lead to feelings of stagnation, rejection and resentment. 

People don’t know what they always want, but without being given a chance or a leap of faith, they feel unable to break the bounds of the box they have been placed in. When in this situation, you have two choices; let it eat away at your self-worth, leaving you feeling inadequate and worthless; or you begin to look for something more meaningful.

Why choose me?

I’ve been in this position before, so understand the affects of feeling stuck and fed up. My mission is to help those in such situations become unstuck and move forward with a sense of purpose.  

My main background has been within education (over 15 years’ experience in South Korea, Thailand, Spain, Malta, Ireland & Vietnam). My work on improving wellbeing has been showcased at multiple international conferences and I’ve won awards for having a positive impact and delivering engaging workshops.

My coaching, mentoring and training incorporates evidence based positive psychology, so any suggested interventions are backed with research. By tapping into people’s values, I help individuals and teams discover their true potential, set more meaningful goals and provide accountability where needed to be successful.

For those interested in personal development, I specialize in sustainable behaviour change, developing confidence and gaining a greater sense of self-control (over impulses and emotions). For those with professional aims, I specialize in finding purpose, motivation, relationship building, emotional intelligence and communicating with confidence.
