About me

I specialise in helping people who feel stuck in their careers. My coaching is useful for people who:

15 years of teaching​,​ training and facilitation has honed my expertise in developing confidence and self-advocacy​,​ effective communication and motivation. I’ve won awards for having a positive impact and been a keynote speaker at international conferences for my work on flourishing.

Being an accredited practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council means my coaching is ethical, professional and under regular supervision.
